Description
Introductory course in practical skills and hands-on training for third-party intervention in conflict through
mediation. Skills covered include listening, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict intervention. Presented in a
workshop format with interactive exercises for skill practice. No previous experience with conflict resolution is
necessary.
