Description
The study of the relationship between management and organized groups of employees, including professional associations and labor unions. Students evaluate collective bargaining processes and strategies, legal regulations of bargaining, and negotiations and administration of collective agreements. Prerequisites: BUS 309 and junior status. Cross-listed with BUS 755.
