Description

Examine leadership theory and practice in the context of 21st-century organizational challenges. Students explore leadership frameworks while developing the skills required to lead change, foster innovation, and guide organizations through complexity and disruption. The course emphasizes strategic and people-centered leadership, focusing on aligning vision, culture, and systems while cultivating high-performing teams. Attention is given to ethical decision-making, values-based leadership, and responsible stewardship in global environments. Prerequisites: None
