Overview of the theories and skills employed by dietetics practitioners for effective counseling with cultural sensitivity. Includes lecture, presentations, video simulations, and written projects. Prerequisites: Coursework required to enter the program as described in bulletin or approval from instructor. There are 15 hours of supervised experiential learning included. Fee: $225.00.
