Description

Introduction to the fundamentals of baking breads and bakery items from around the world. Students will learn basic culinary skills while exploring different techniques in baking. There is an emphasis in learning introductory baking science principles and some of the customs and lore of the country of origin of the food. Appropriate for non-majors. Fee: $20.00.
