World Civilizations I investigates the period between the dawn of civilization and the fourteenth century with a view toward understanding cultures and worldviews in a broad context. Student will explore foundational events and ideas in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia from the first humans to the Middle Ages.
