Description
This course is designed to expand the clinical knowledge and skills necessary to provide professional nursing care to individuals, groups, and families with behavioral health conditions across the care continuum through direct client care. On campus and off campus clinical experiences provide an opportunity for students to practice the roles of professional nursing. Students further develop therapeutic interventions, skills, and clinical judgment. Prerequisites: NUR 240, 250, & 251. Co-requisites: NUR 350 & 360.
