Description

Examination of current theory and practice of occupational therapy in general medicine. Includes pathophysiology of the major body systems. Evaluation and intervention skills for various general medicine related diagnoses, including burns, cardiac, cancer, pulmonary disorders, and HIV. Standard precautions and blood-borne pathogens training fulfills clinic requirements. Application of theory reinforced through clinical lectures. . Approximate fee: $70.00.
