Description
Blending theory and practice, the course will explore a variety of conflict mediation approaches and techniques from formal mediation to restorative justice. Students will participate in experiential learning and develop skills in communication, dialogue, mediation, circle keeping, conferencing, and group facilitation, honing students’ ability to effectively and creatively engage with conflict personally and professionally.
