Graduate students who previously attended Mount Mary University and have not enrolled in courses for up to two consecutive semesters (excluding summer) and/or who officially withdrew from the university are considered graduate re-entry students and must submit this application in order to continue their studies. Please contact your Graduate Program Director for re-entry approval.
