Description

Course themes include microbial cell biology, genetics, and the impact of microorganisms on humans. Emphasis is
placed on epidemiology, emerging infections, and a global perspective of public health. Incorporates student-centered
active learning in classroom and laboratory settings. Prerequisite: BIO 100, CHE 113. Fee.
