Description
This course examines modern concepts of ecology and explores ecosystem structure and function. It includes laboratory experience, off campus field work, and computer applications for data acquisition and statistical analysis. This is a Biology Major capstone course that culminates in a student research project. Student centered active learning experiences are emphasized. Prerequisites: BIO 100 and a second biology course, CHE 114. Recommended: MAT 216. Fee: $30.00.
