Description
This course applies the methods used in recruiting, selecting, and hiring employees, as well as compensating them with wages, salaries, and benefits. Topics include legal issues in employment, selection tools, job analysis, methods of job evaluation, performance appraisal, employee compensation plans, as well as the implementation, design, and evaluation of major employee benefits. Prerequisites: BUS 309 and junior status.
