Description
This course challenges students to identify, develop and support human resource initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) that help improve organizational culture and competitive advantage. Students learn how to add strategic value and insights to an organization, develop meaningful relationships with organization stakeholders, and align initiatives with business strategy. Topics include DEI recruitment and retainment, HR innovation, and people analytics. Prerequisites: BUS 309 and junior status. Cross-listed with BUS 756.
