Description
The focus of this course is to seek knowledge about variation and to manage variation. Although
many methods of data analysis will be presented in this course, quality control charts are used to understand and manage the variation in a process. In addition, the course addresses the clinical aspects of maintaining a healthy population through issues such as chronic disease management. A research project is an integral component of this course.
