Description
Basic concepts and techniques of the quantitative analysis approach to making business decisions
are reviewed. The approach consists of defining a problem, developing a model, acquiring input data, developing a solution, testing a solution, analyzing the results, and implementing the results. The course introduces analysis topics which are faced by senior business leaders. The focus is on developing the requisite analytical skills needed by all senior management. Prerequisite: undergraduate coursework in statistics.
