Diversity, Equity, Inclusion in Bus (BUS 710)

Description
This course equips students with tools to create and commit to organizational priorities including building and fostering an inclusive culture, mitigating bias in the hiring and performance review processes, and building relationships with minority-owned businesses and other external stakeholders. Students design a diversity, equity, and inclusion program to fit their organization’s needs and strategic vision, then troubleshoot issues and opportunities that create barriers to their program’s success.
