Description
Introduction to the study of medical nutrition therapy with the application of the nutrition care process to individuals
including group education in long term care and acute care settings. Prerequisites: Completion of self-directed medical
terminology unit with passage of exam or a medical terminology course prior to course entry. DTS 340, 354; CHE
