Description
Introduction to the study of medical nutrition therapy with the application of the nutrition care process to individuals, including group education in long term care and acute care settings. Contains 40 hours of Supervised Experiential Learning. Prerequisites: Pre-req classes required to enter the program as described in bulletin or approval from instructor. Course Fee: $425.
