Description
Overview of the theories and skills employed by dietetics practitioners for effective oral and written communication, education with cultural sensitivity. Lecture, presentations, video simulations, and written projects. There are 30 hours of supervised experiential learning included. Prerequisites: Coursework required to enter the program as described in bulletin.
