Description
The DTS 790 Leadership workshop course includes activities and projects to meet the 2022 Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Domain 5 competencies of the Dietetic Internship. This course incorporates exploration and simulation of concepts in professional and ethical dietetic practice, evidence-based practice, professional networking, conflict resolution, negotiation strategies, and leadership skills. Prerequisite: Admission to the DI Program.
