Description
Study of the classroom cooperating teacher?s role in the training of student teach?ers. Development of specific competencies in supervision. Deals with topics such as planning, observation, analyzing data, conducting conferences, evaluation, and establishing a working relationship with the student teacher. Class is conducted in a seminar style with dialogue and discussion. Individual projects are assigned. This course is a basis for eligibility to be a cooperating teacher.
