Description
Development of strategies to foster a safe, positive classroom environment with attention given to developing norms, expectations, routines, and organizational structures that support individual and collaborative learning and responsibility, build relationships, foster mutual respect, promote self- direction, and encourage inquiry. The relationship between motivation, engagement, and management at all grade levels will be explored with attention given to research-based, best practices.
