Description
Investigates novel forms and narrative style. Students will craft the first 3 to 5 chapters (40-60 pages) of a middle grade or young adult novel, while developing the novel?s elements including plot, scene and setting, sustained voice using omniscient narrative, first person, third person personal and/or multiple points of view to manage momentum. Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
