Description

Charts the history of the most important theories of and delivery methods for law and justice in the United States.
Explores differences in administration and in how people understand the law over time. Coursework also emphasizes
past problem areas where the law has been ineffective in providing equal justice to the American people regardless of
race, gender, or age.
