Description

Survey of uniquely American-origin music and musical trends whose roots reach back to Europe and Africa, and Latin and South America. Includes folk, country, ragtime, spirituals, jazz, the blues, rock 'n roll, salsa, Reggae, hip-hop and rap. Explore the music of Scott Joplin, Miles Davis, B.B. King, Wynton Marsalis and other greats.
