Description

In this course, theory and laboratory experiences introduce the
student to foundations of professional nursing practice, including
patient assessment (primary focus on adult/older adult), clinical
reasoning, communication, and selected technical skills to provide
holistic, patient-centered and culturally-sensitive care. Prerequisites:
Admission to the major: Prerequisite or concurrent enrollment in NUR 321,
NUR 331, NUR 322
