Description

In this elective theory course the concept of cultural diversity is introduced
as it relates to health and illness, health care behaviors,
and beliefs. The focus of the course is to develop an appreciation
for human diversity in the delivery of culturally sensitive care. Prerequisites:
Admission to the nursing major, enrolled in nursing courses at CCON.
