Nurse Apprentice in Mental Healthand Gerontological Nursing Practice (NUR 438)

Description
This clinical elective course will provide students with a variety
of clinical experiences in mental health and geriatric nursing. The
experiences will focus on the unique needs of older adults and
patients with mental health needs across the continuum of care,
and may include community, outpatient, acute, and long term
care settings. Students will focus on advocacy and resources
while providing patient-centered and evidence-based care.
