Description

This discussion course is focused on professionalism, responsibility,
accountability, leadership, and lifelong self-development. Students
will analyze themselves in the contexts of the socially just, the
ecocompetent, the ethical, and the legal self and nurse. Students will
continue to develop their personal philosophies of nursing. The
course culminates in a personal contract to continue to develop as a
person, a nurse, and a professionally contributing member of society.
Prerequisites: NUR 435. (First offered spring 2011).
