Description

Examination of current theory and evidence-based practice of occupational therapy in orthopedic settings.
Evaluation and intervention techniques including arthritis, fractures, joint replacement, and nerve injuries. Includes
range of motion and manual muscle testing skills. Laboratory sessions on hand therapy and splinting skills.
Prerequisites: OCT 334. Laboratory fee required.
