Level II Fieldwork (OCT 698B)

Description

Supervised experiential learning which provides an opportunity for analysis, synthesis, and application of all educational components to the reality of occupational therapy practice. Practice reflections emphasize applying professional reasoning and theory; analyzing evidence-based practice; analyzing social, political and economic systems influencing health care; and developing advocacy and leadership roles. A student is required to complete a
minimum of the equivalent of 12 weeks full time. Fieldwork is completed in an approved setting on a full-time or part-time basis, but may not be less than half time. Prerequisites: OCT 545, 655.
