Description

Introduction to various fitness formats. Improve personal fitness levels by using the private facilities of the
university. Learn how to design a personal fitness program utilizing proper form and exercise techniques. May not be
repeated for credit. There will be several off-campus visits to fitness facilities throughout the semester. Cross listed with EXS 265. ApproximateFee: $40.00.
