Description

Explore the fundamental concepts of Pilates and build your way to an intermediate mat practice over the course of the semester. Pilates utilizes breath, alignment, mobility and strength to bring your body back into balance, enhance your posture and teach you functional healthy movement. No previous experience required. Class will use and provide the mats and props.
