Description
Course focuses on paragraph formation and basic essay writing. Grammar and punctuation rules reviewed and
practiced. Computer work incorporated into grammar, writing, and editing exercises. Journal and impromptu
writing stressed to increase fluency. Reading skills strengthened through reading and analyzing a chosen work of
fiction. Credits count as electives.
