Study of the spiritual writings, music and art of Christianity from the Patristic period to the present. Readings may
include texts by John Chrysostom, Augustine of Hippo, Thomas Aquinas, Dante, Julian of Norwich, Hildegard of
Bingen, Martin Luther, Teresa of Avila, John Henry Newman, Gerard Manley Hopkins, Flannery O?Connor, Thomas
Merton, Dorothy Day and Martin Luther King, Jr. Prerequisite: SEA 101.
