Description
Leadership and Career Exploration Seminar is a two-credit seminar introducing students to the college environment. Through a lens of diversity, equity and inclusion and intentional focus on social justice, this integrative seminar is designed to develop a foundational knowledge of university resources and facilitate students' successful transition to higher education. This interactive and reflective course will develop students’ leadership and professional skills through dedicated sessions and the developmental process of self-assessment. Students will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of experiential learning activities to aid in introductions to different majors and careers within their chosen pathway.
