Mount Mary University promotes an atmosphere of care and respect grounded in the University’s core values, Christian principles, and mission to develop the whole person. As such, the University has a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment and other misconduct. All members and guests of the Mount Mary community are required to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of others and does not adversely impact the academic environment, whether based on sex or otherwise.
Sexual misconduct and harassment are expressly prohibited by the University and are serious violations of University policy. All complaints of such misconduct or harassment will be taken seriously, and no student or employee making a good faith complaint will suffer retaliation or be subject to adverse action by the University. The University will not tolerate retaliation against any individual who alleges that they have been subjected to harassment based on sex.
Sexual Misconduct and Harassment Report Form
This form allows Mount Mary to gather information related to incidents of sexual misconduct and harassment on or around our campus, and allows us to share this information with community members and others appropriately. You can complete this form anonymously or share your identifying information. The information you provide will be referred to the campus Title IX Coordinators for investigation, and may be included in the annual campus security report. Completing this form is not the same as filing an official report with a University official or making a police report. For more information on other reporting measures, please refer to the “Complaint Process” section of Mount Mary’s Sexual Harassment and Other Misconduct Policy.
When appropriate, the University will take steps to address the incident described in the report and to deter recurrence, although any investigation or action will be limited by the scope of the information available. If the information you disclose suggests an ongoing, serious, or continuing threat to you or anyone else in the Mount Mary community, appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that all in the community are protected.

Confidential support is available to all Mount Mary University students and employees through Mount Mary’s Counseling and Wellness Center, Director of Relationship Violence and Sexual Assault Services, and Campus Ministry.
