This form does require you to have a campus email and password already set-up. Please contact our IT department at mmu-helpdesk@mtmary.edu with any concerns about your campus email access.

How do I apply?

1. Navigate to the MMU Residence Life website (https://mtmary.edu/campuslife/housing/index.html)
2. Click on the linked Housing Portal (https://mtmaryu.starrezhousing.com/StarRezPortalX/)
3. Login by clicking MTMARYU SSO Login 
4. Click on appropriate application tab (2025- 2025 Housing Placement Application and/or Summer 2025 Housing Placement Application)

How can I prepare for the application?

• Consider the space you want: Think about if you would like the option of renewing your current room. If you are interested in a new space, think about a few room style options that you might consider. 
• Gather and prepare your medical info
  1. Vaccines: You are required to provide the dates which you received the hepatitis B vaccine and meningitis vaccine (both are required to live in housing).
     1. Note: If you received vaccines in Wisconsin, you can use the https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/immunization/wir.htm to look up your records!
  2. Health Insurance: You are required to provide your health insurance policy provider and policy number yearly
• Solidify your roommate selection
  1. You will be able to make a "group" with a roommate for double and triple rooms. Start working together to confirm you want to be each other's roommate.
• Consider room and rate preferences that work best for you
  1. Think of how you will rank your top room preferences (single, double, triple, community bathroom, private bathroom, shared bathroom, quiet wing)
  2. Decide what room rate tier is the best for you
• Decide what meal plan option
  1. You will have to provide your Meal Plan selection (Meal Plan 15 or 19)

☀️Summer Housing Rates: $15 per night (applied to your student account)

*MMU offers free summer housing to students who are enrolled in at least 1 MMU in-person summer course!*

☀️What do expect for summer housing:

• Summer residents live on the 4th floor of Caroline Hall

• Residents must move into and out of their summer placement on the dates specified by ResLife & Housing
• Cannot guarantee private bathrooms or air conditioning for summer placement
• Residents may have roommate(s) assigned to their summer placement
• Dining services are closed during summer break
• Only returning students are eligible for summer housing (summer housing is not offered to new incoming students)
